Yaer has a rich background working with startups and established corporations in diverse executive roles spanning finance, legal and operations, with a specialty in strategic business planning and business development on a global scale.

Yaer gained extensive ‘hands-on’ experience in corporate, commercial, M&A, investments and technology licensing, in complex international environments, during his diverse roles as General Counsel and COO.

Yaer’s educational background of law and economics together with his involvement on various sides of the corporate business lifecycle and transactions, provide a deep and intimate understanding of the required balance between the legal, financial and operational needs and challenges of new and growing business ventures.

Yaer is also a co-founder in a number of business ventures operating globally, in a range of high-tech and other businesses merging both the investor and the startup point of view.
